Maple View features an open concept kitchen and living space with a large island for entertaining and gatherings. A 20 foot sliding patio doors open the living area up to a 4-season porch with a gas fireplace. The porch has large sliding windows to bring the outside in and provides breath taking views of Clear Lake.
Maple View also has a deck with a privacy wall, seating and Napoleon BBQ. A private fire pit surrounded by concrete. Enjoy the water on the large private dock complete with swim ladder.
Maple View comes complete with in-floor heat as well as forced air heating and air conditioning for year round comfort.
Designed to be accessible, everything is on one level floor with a wide hallway. The larger bathroom is equipped with handrails and a wheel-up vanity for wheelchair users, with the added bonus of a heated towel rack!
